From $1,350 per month · Monthly · 90-day initial term
Senior hours every month, without the senior hire.
A fixed block of hours each month, delivered remotely, for the escalations your help desk or MSP cannot close, the reviews nobody schedules and the vendor calls nobody wants to take.
The problem.
Most organizations of 20 to 500 people have a help desk or an MSP and nobody senior to escalate to.
Every one-time engagement ends with findings that need an owner.
A full-time senior hire is more than most organizations this size need. Ten or twenty hours a month usually is.
What I do.
Escalations.
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, the network, backup platforms such as Datto, Axcient and N-able, email security such as Proofpoint, Ironscales and Avanan, and SIEM alerts. Your technician or your MSP hands me the ticket they cannot close.
Monthly review.
Patching status, backup verification, identity hygiene (inactive accounts, admin roles, MFA coverage), network health, and the running list of risks and projects. Engineer tier and above.
Projects and planning.
Scoping, vendor evaluation, written plans your staff can execute. Engineer tier and above.
Automation upkeep.
Scripts and workflows I built or inherited, watched and maintained.
Vendor and MSP calls.
I sit on the call so you do not have to.
Documentation support.
HIPAA and public-sector evidence, policies and runbooks. Engineer tier and above.
A standing weekly block.
A fixed time each week, remote, at the Embedded tier.

Questions.
What counts as an hour?
Time spent on your work, tracked in 15-minute increments and listed in the monthly summary.
Is this a replacement for our MSP?
No. It sits above the help desk. I work with your MSP, and their job usually gets easier.
Can we start with a one-time project first?
Yes. Most people do. An audit or a tune-up shows you how I work before you commit to a month.
What about after-hours emergencies?
Best effort at the after-hours rate. I am one person, and I do not promise 24/7 coverage. If you need that, you need an MSP with a staffed NOC, and I will say so.
Twenty minutes is enough to pick a tier. The kickoff is a two-hour call in week one.
