How I work.

Three steps, one engineer, everything in writing and almost everything remote. This is the page to read before you sign a quote.

Scope.

I meet you on a video call and look at the actual tenant, controller or help desk over a screen share. I ask what hurts and what you have already tried. You get a written fixed quote within one business day.

Scoping is free. I send the questionnaire for your service first, read the exports before the call, and finish the call with enough to write the quote without a second one.

Build.

I do the work myself on a schedule you and I set. There are no handoffs and no junior technician. If the scope changes, the quote changes in writing before I continue.

Changes to production happen in an agreed window with rollback ready. You hear from me before anything that could interrupt a user, and again when it is done.

I work remotely through access you grant for the engagement, and I confirm in writing when it is removed. An on-site visit is the exception, agreed in the quote, with travel at cost.

Hand over.

You get the documentation, the scripts and the configurations. You own all of it. I walk through it with whoever runs it after me.

Builds carry a 30-day warranty. After that, changes run through the fractional senior engineer retainer or at the hourly rate on that page.

What a quote contains.

One or two pages. Nothing in it is a surprise later.

  • The scope, as we agreed it on the call. What is in, what is out.
  • The deliverables, listed by name. Scripts, reports, drawings, runbooks, sessions.
  • The price and its unit. Per campaign, per build, per site, per workflow, one time or per month.
  • The schedule, with the parts that depend on your side marked.
  • What I need from you. Access, exports, a decision maker, a change window.
  • The warranty or fix window and how changes after it are billed.
  • How a change of scope is handled. In writing, before I continue.

Billing guardrails.

  • Every price is pre-tax.
  • Microsoft, Rewst and n8n subscriptions are billed by the vendor.
  • Work is remote. On-site visits are by arrangement, with travel billed at cost.
  • Builds carry a 30-day warranty.
  • Retainer hours roll over one month.
  • The 90-day initial retainer term then runs month to month.
  • The license audit guarantee is measured as the annualized contract price of licenses the report shows can be removed or downgraded.

Rules of engagement for voice-clone training.

Nothing is scheduled until every line below is true. These are the terms a compliance officer can forward as they stand.

Before any call

  • Written authorization from someone with authority to approve security testing, naming the engagement, the dates, the phone numbers and departments in scope, the allowed pretexts, and the people who will be told in advance.
  • Separate written consent from the person whose voice is cloned. It states how the sample is collected, what it is used for, that the clone is deleted at the end, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time. Only that person's voice is cloned.
  • Confirmation that the numbers to be called are company-owned, or that employees have agreed in policy to receive simulated calls. The FCC has ruled that AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, so calls to personal cell phones need prior express consent.
  • Calls happen during business hours and are limited in number, so they do not disrupt operations.
  • Scripts stop before anyone discloses anything. No passwords, MFA codes, account numbers, patient data, personnel records or other protected information are requested, collected or stored. If someone offers them, the caller declines.
  • Calls are not recorded. I keep written notes limited to the pretext used, whether the person verified, and the coaching given. If your policy obtains all-party consent and you want recordings, that is set in the packet and confirmed with your counsel.
  • Every call ends with an immediate disclosure that it was an authorized training exercise, a short coaching conversation and a reminder of your callback procedure.
  • Results go to the sponsor in aggregate and are used for training and process improvement only. The engagement agreement states that results will not be used for discipline. Individual names are shared only with the sponsor, and only to arrange follow-up coaching.
  • Voice samples, the cloned model and my notes are deleted within 30 days of the final report, and the deletion is confirmed in writing.
  • None of this is legal advice. Your organization confirms the approach against its own state law, employment policies and bargaining agreements.
